After having taken some time out from exercise, I approached Vibesh for some one-to-one sessions in order to help me get back into the gym and an exercise routine. Vibesh took time during my consultation to understand more about my goals and created a straightforward and varied exercise plan to suit. The monthly plan Vibesh created for me to work through in my own time was easy to follow and ensured I got the most out of each workout. Additionally, the PT sessions I’ve had have been brilliant for learning and improving my form and technique. Most of my clients train for just 3-5 sessions a week, each lasting 30-45 minutes. I design efficient workouts that maximize results while respecting your busy schedule.

Absolutely. I create adaptable plans that include travel-friendly workouts and practical meal strategies, so you can stay on track no matter where you are.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all diets. Instead, I provide guidance on structuring meals based on your preferences, lifestyle, and goals, with a focus on flexibility and sustainability.

Not at all! My coaching emphasizes balance. You’ll learn how to enjoy your occasional drink or date night guilt-free while staying aligned with your fitness goals.

Life happens, and I get it. There’s no judgment here. If you miss a workout, we reassess and get back on track together. Fitness is a journey, not a sprint. And I will be in regular contact with you to provide accountability.

We track progress through a mix of metrics—body measurements, smart scale readings, strength improvements, energy levels, and how you feel overall. For those who prefer it, we can include more data-driven tracking like weight or performance benchmarks.

Results depend on your consistency and goals. Many of my clients see noticeable improvements in strength, energy, and overall fitness within 6-8 weeks. Long-term transformation typically takes 6-12 months.
