Quick and Easy grilled salmon with Lemon.

This high-protein healthy salmon recipe is a quick and nutritious way to fuel yourself. Tasty grilled salmon is a meal that contains high-protein per serving and essential micro nutrients for your lunch or dinner.

A medley of spices including garlic and pepper are crushed together and added to the salmon along with freshly squeezed lemon juice. The salmon fillet is then marinated with these natural whole spices until its ready to be grilled.

We have used "Tefal OptiGrill+ XL" to grill the salmon, which gives a nice crispy texture on both sides.

You can serve the grilled salmon with grilled vegetables such as green beans or asparagus, to make it a low calorie diet. Or serve it with rice as per your calorie intake preference.

In this recipe we have suggested serving the grilled salmon with grilled asparagus.

 240 g Salmon
 3 qts Garlic Cloves
 ½ tsp Crushed Pepper
 2 qts Lemon
 Salt to taste
 ½ tsp oil (Olive or preferred)

Chop garlic cloves

Transfer the chopped garlic to a small bowl

Cut the lemon into half

Squeeze the half lemon to a bowl

Take another lemon and slice it

Place the salmon in a large mixing bowl

Add chopped garlic

Add lemon juice

Add crushed pepper

Add salt to taste

Add ½ tsp olive oil

Mix them together by using a fork or hand

Pre heat the grill (refer to grill manufacturer for pre heat time)

Place the marinated salmon on the pre heated grill

Place the sliced lemon on top of the salmon

Cover the grill top

Cook it for 7-8 minutes as per the grill instructions

Open the grill door/ lid

Transfer the grilled salmon to a plate
